Marius graduated with an LL.M in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2022, with a concentration in Fashion and Entertainment Law. While studying, Marius was active in Cardozo’s OUTLaw. Marius also earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris and dual Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in French and German laws from Pantheon-Sorbonne University and the University of Cologne, where he studied for two years.
Marius’ experience includes advising clients on domestic and international trademark law and copyright law, including but not limited to matters related to prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement.
Prior to joining the Fried Firm PLLC, Marius interned in several firms in France and Germany where he gained significant experience focusing on international business law and trademark law matters.
When not working for the Fried Firm, Marius works as a model for various fashion brands in the United States and Europe such as Balenciaga, Lacoste or Emporio Armani. In his spare time, Marius enjoys DJing, shopping vinyl records, going to the movie theater to watch indie films, and cooking.
Born and raised in France, Marius is a native French speaker. He is also fluent in German.
Marius is awaiting admission in New York State.
